Knowing of the inevitability of all things coming to an end still doesn’t alleviate the impact when they do.
Today was an interesting one, which really centred around the classroom and looked at it from a range of very different aspects.
I’m writing this and the next two posts a while after the fact. Not because I didn’t want to, things just really got away from me. So if these posts seem a little less detailed you now know why.
A Guided Tour
I didn’t know much about Abilene before I got here. I knew it was in Texas, I knew about the work ACU was doing… and that’s about it. I’m now ready for my pop-quiz on Abilene after a great weekend seeing the sites around and being guided through it by the wonderful George Saltsman.
Today I spent the day with faculty at ACU discussing the use of mobile devices and the technology supporting it.
